Shipping Policy

Currently we are shipping only within India. We rely on our logistics partners for deliveries to your address. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 days from the receipt of order and payment confirmation details. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

You will receive the goods within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment notification sent via mail, or SMS, or via WhatsApp. The shipment notification mail will also have tracking details such as AWB number. 

Shipping cost varies from city to city and the actual cost will reflect in the invoice when you have provided all shipping details including the pin code.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the transit for a period of 10-12 business days and when our logistics partner confirms that they are unable to trace it. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the logistics partner. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
