Warranty, Return & Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Xellier Network Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company, incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at #202, Sector - 46, Faridabad, Haryana, PIN: 121010 (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Inxense” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our site, i.e. www.inxense.in/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Inxense. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. Besides this, you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may claim warranty for the same, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.

  1. Acceptance of this PolicyBy placing an order with us, or by installing or using our products, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Terms & ConditionsPrivacy Policy, and Cookie Policy and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.
  2. Product Description
    • Product Description: We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the products listed on our Website. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. 
    • Quick view type feature: We may offer a quick view type feature for various products listed on our Site. This feature allows you to view price information about the product and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. This feature is for your convenience only. In case, you want full details about a particular product, please visit the product page.
  3. Warranty and its limitation

Most of our products are covered by a contractual 12 months warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product or its packaging or by any other authorized third-party at the time of sale and purchase thereof. However, this warranty shall not apply in the case of natural wear and tear of the devices, damage caused by negligent use of the devices and components/ parts/ kits thereof, or by use in a manner for which the devices and components/ parts/ kits thereof was not intended or other terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty Statement. This Policy, supplemented by product/device and its components, parts, kits thereof specific care and safety instructions/ user manual pertaining to its use, shall be at all times strictly followed, failing which the Company shall disclaim all warranty obligations over the device. Warranty is only applicable if the product is purchased through the website (www.inxense.in/) or through any of our authorized sellers.

4. Replacement and Refunds 

    • Order Cancellation: You are entitled to cancel the order placed on our Website BEFORE you receive the notification of product shipment. You cannot cancel the order at any time after you receive the shipment notification. In case you change your mind after you have placed order, you may send an email to support@inxense.in with the order and payment transaction related details requesting to cancel the order and shipment. We will take approximately 48hrs to process your request and once approved your money shall be refunded within 5-7 working days.
    • No Return: You are not entitled to return the product under any circumstance, or claim a refund for the same. 
    • Replacement or Repair: Within the warranty period, for any hardware related issues, the Company reserves the right to either repair or replace the unit, at its sole discretion. For the sake of clarity, it is expressly stated that your warranty period will start immediately on the date on which the product is delivered at your delivery address.

5.  How to request for replacement or repair under warranty?

To make a claim in respect to your product within the warranty period, please email us at support@inxense.in. Warranty is only applicable if the product is purchased through the website (www.inxense.in/) or through any of our authorized sellers. 

6.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Products that you order or purchase from the Website, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
