To purchase a subscription plan for your Epic Cam, you must first purchase Epic Cam, download the app and create an account via the app. 

Once you have decided upon the plan - drop us a mail to Support@inxense.in along with your order details and request to activate the plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is Notification with image? How is it different from Push notification.

Rich notifications include images while push notifications don't.

What is Rolling Storage plan?

Rolling storage means that you will have continued access of last 7 days or 30 days, or 90 days of events and its videos & snapshots via the app. For e.g. On Jan 1, 2022 you opted for Defender Plan; with rolling storage plan you will have 30 days of storage. i.e. On Mar 30, you will be able to view events from March 1 to March 30. 

Can we download the video clips to our phone?

Yes. You will be able to download video clips via app. You can also share the videos via your preferred sharing options.

Will I be able to access past video events?

Yes. All video events are backed up into secure cloud storage which can be via the app. You will have access to offline videos even if your Epic Cam's are offline. 

Can I upgrade my plan later on?

Yes. You can manage subscriptions under "Manage Subscriptions" portal.
